The Vuelitos app only shows connections on separate tickets from different airlines when there are 4 hours or more between flights. On separate tickets, a missed connection is on you. A single airline can connect in as little as 50 minutes, because it protects the connection.

Requirements depend on your nationality, residence and reason for travel. Check SAIME and the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry, and confirm with your airline before you pay. Vuelitos doesn't process visas.
